OUR PRODUCTS ARE GUARANTEED TO PLEASE, WITH 15 YEAR WARRANTY Limitations and Exclusions Warranty does not cover the following:
1. Product used for floor sample or to sales made o “AS-IS” basis.
2. Damages of upholstered fabric resulting from excessive soiling, improper or unapproved cleaning method.
3. Loss of resilency of seat cushion foams as a result of willful act, misuse, abuse neglect, burns, accident, cuts, fire or other hazard.
4. Fading or other damages resulting from exposure to direct sunlight.
5. Damages or defects caused by use of chemical treatment, or protective coating on the finish, or upholstered fabric.
6. Alterations by any person, dealer or company without the express written authorization of GA.
7. Damages or scratches on overall sofa or frame due to wear and tear, accident or neglect.
Other Terms and Conditions
1. The Warranty Card is valid if stamped by manufacturer agents.
2. The Warranty Card is valid only if posted within 14 days from the date purchase.
3. The Warranty Card is valid for the original purchaser at the original delivery address only.
4. Any replacement or repair shall not extend the term of the warranty.
5. The wear and tear of fabric covers are excluded from the warranty.
6. The time for repair is subject to the availability of material. GA reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.
7. The purchaser is required to present the original Warranty Card for any after sales services and the invoices as proof of purchase.
8. Any warranty service call that requires our staff travel to your residence, an additional transportation charge will be levied.
9. The Warranty Card obtained free transportation services in 5 years starting from the date of purchase, only for Melaka area.
10. GA reserves the right to refuse service if products are deemed to be unsanitary condition.
11. GA reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. Transport fees will be charged for every outstation service.
13. This warranty is valid within Malaysia ONLY.
